Create a mobile version of a web page

I want to create a version of <[login to view URL]> or of the print version at <[login to view URL]> To display on cell phones. Note: This site is not pornographic, but is adult. In addition, is there a way to: 1) automatically go to the current date? For example if today was Friday June 22nd and I went to the page on my cell phone, it would take me to the Friday section of the schedule. 2) have people sign up and we can send text messages if the schedule changes? Maybe the TM would link to the page? Please give me your thoughts on if/how/cost to implement.
