Coupons Module for classifieds website

**I need to have a Coupons Module incorporated into my classifieds website: [[login to view URL]][1]. ** From the client standpoint (user interface), coupons will be used to fully pay for the ads to be placed in the website. One coupon will allow a user to place one ad. Once a coupon is used by a client, that coupon expires and cannot be used another time. The coder need to implemente a coupon entry field in the payment page and make the necessary scripting to validate the validity of entered coupons before accepting them. From the admin standpoint, coupons will be generated by a tool outside the website (this tool has been already developed). The Coupons Module will allow the admin upload a list of coupons. The coder needs to implement a coupon tracking feature allowing the admin to edit all fresh coupons (ones previously generated and not yet used by any client), and used coupons (ones previously generated and already used by clients). CLARIFICATIONS: - Coupons will not be used to obtain rebates, but to fully pay for the ad fees - Coupons will be communicated to clients by a mean outside the website itself (the coder doesn't need to worry about that) - The coder will be given full access to the hosting account where the website is hosted to analyse the existing script and implement the necessary changes - The final version of the user interface will be in French: some messages will be communicated to the coder to use when the client intends to pay through the coupon module. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The coder will given full access to the source code of the buyer's existing website.
