Cost Comparison Sites

We require a coder to develop data driven price comparison sites. The sites themselves will be similar to [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] but will focus on particular products (Laptops, Cameras etc). Each site will be customizable using css and will have their own editorial content but will share the same code base. The business will make its money from charging advertisers (merchants) for every click through from a Customer We will obtain our traffic from advertising, from Affiliates (an affiliate pushes a customer from their site to ours) and from Publishers (our data is available on the publisher’s site) . We want to be able to fully test the site by end of March with the view of going live by April 13th. We have already been let down by one coder so any bidders **_MUST_** be able to deliver within this timeframe. I dont expect you to bid with a price at this stage - I am wanting to negotiate with coders who are fluent in .net2 and have done something similar and who can concentrate on this large project. Once we have established contact I will post a full spec and you can then post your bid. I was envisaging a price of around $2500 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .net 2 + SQL 2005
