Copy Webpage

Quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing. I have 2 webpages... I simply want the changes I made on one of them to be cut and pasted onto the other one. I have updated this page <[login to view URL]> And would like the page below to be the same as the one above <[login to view URL]> I want the menu bar and template to remain just the writing and formatting to reflect the changes on the updated page I will provide both html files and that's it.
