Convert web ASP application to run on a desktop

I have developed a simple ASP application that enables students to fill in a form and to obtain a correctly cited reference.

I would like a coder to convert this web application to work on a PC desktop.

The attached file contains more information.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hello coders Thank you for bidding on my project to take a web based application and convert it to a Desktop application. From your queries I have decided to clarify my requirements a little further. I will shortly upload a further zip file or add extra components to the existing file. These will make sense to those coders who have been in discussion with me. 1. I have included a Word document that outlines the Interface that I want for the application. 2. I have included the source code for one of the reference types- a CD 3. I have included a Word document that lists a) the reference types that I have developed and b) the additional reference types that must be included in the application. 4. I want the finished appliaction to run on a PC desktop using XP and Vista.
