Convert MS Outlook Data

This is an easy project for someone who knows what they are doing regarding the conversion of data.

Project:

I have a web site where people enter their first name, e-mail address and text. I receive an e-mail notification with this information. If they go on to the next step and take the 20 question quiz, I am notified again with the same information along with their quiz score.

Problem: This data is coming to me individually via e-mails for each person . I have over 4500 people who have entered their personal information to start and about 4000 of those people who have gone on to complete the quiz.

I need this data to be put in a format that I can upload to my [login to view URL] autoresponder. I believe I can do it if we have a comma between each field. I need to have 3 fields of data. . . First Name, E-Mail Address and Text comments.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
