Complete OS Commerce Site Design and back end functionality

We need to do following but not limited to other small changes/fixes for [login to view URL]: 1) to add/configure autoship/continuity module in design and back end 2) to reconfigure shipping options (need extra options like fedex, express, international shipping etc. 3) make the site more narrow (change the resolution) 4) email submit/button working on home and diet pages (configure in back end) 5) integrate paypal pro +SSL 6) make sure the site is live, debugged and fully functional Need doing this asap. Please respond only if you're proficient with open source shopping carts.
