Commercial Real Estate Project

Create software program for real estate investor to keep database of properties with pictures. This program will keep myself and my sales associates very organized when trying to prospect, acquire, and trying to locate new properties. It will also provide marketing opportunities by providing email and mail distribution features. It will allow us to use technology more effectively to locate properties in many different markets. It will allow our company to be extremely efficient in trying to buy properties. The overall theory and strategy is that if you can organize many commercial real estate properties and owners and build relationships with these owners overtime, then at various points in time some of these owner will want to sell due to changes in there lives or properties, such as the building is to hard to manage, I am out of town or out of state, my kids just inherited the building and they do not know the first thing about real estate, the mortgage is to large, I have a different opportunity and I need cash quick, interest rates are moving up etc. This as a web based app, preferably in VB.net. I want this program easily modifiable in the future.
