Command Line grabbing sql records from one server and writing to another

I have a working webserver which is logging custom tracking data to a MySql database. The database is over 4 gigs so synchronizing is not an option. Currently I am manually using Navicat to determine Max (ID) record on our "local working machine" then I query all records from the REAL SERVER over max (ID). I'm then manually exporting that data to a text file on my computer and then importing that data onto the "local working machine" So what I'm looking for is a script to determine max record on machine "B" then going to machine "A" and reading any new records and writing them to Machine "B" so the databases are similar. New records are generated 1000 to 3000 per hour so I'm looking to setup a scheduled task to run this script and transfer probably hourly. I know how to do that part.
