Checkout Payment System

I need the checkout or payment gate for other seller companies, so that disregardingly of their locations (countries) they could use our credit card processing site. The example of such sites are: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] I need all the functions which comprise abovementioned sites. Namely, seller company-client should be able to just register and set its banking informations, and link its scripts (paid sum, product or order id, credit card information) to our programm. The script should inform the client companies on every new order (processed credit card). We use credit card processing package of Wellsfargo Bank, US and will provide you with all necessary gate information. The programm also need to be made in such a way, that we later will be able to translate its separate language files to any other language. The programm will server CIS countries and will be translated into Russian and other CIS languages by ourselves at later stages. We anticipating proposal of ready code or for programming completely new one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape". It would be very good for us if the code be made using PHP and MySQL. But all other varaints also acceptable.
