CMS website with jobsite

Hi, I would like to have our website [login to view URL] upgraded and done professionally. The current site was done by myself but i dont have time to do it anymore. i need to have a job site on there for applicants to make online applications and have them stored on a database for search. For the jobsite...We would like to be able to add countries, industries, job titles, etc by ourselves for the jobs we have available and delete them when we need to. Also we would like applicants to be able to upload photos, references and other relevant copied documents. we would like the application form for applicants to look like a CV when finished with our logo and letterhead on the top. The web site should be in both russian and english. we would like to have a summary of each applicant available with photo when a search is done and suitable applicants are found. I would be happy to give more info as needed. We can communicate in both russian and english, whichever is better for you.
