CMS Website

1. The website as a whole will be very similar in design and functionality to this one www.websoftdreams.com. There will be a similar header with buttons at the top and a navigation bar on the left hand side always. 2. The colour scheme of the website will be similar to the logo provided, i.e. light blue, orange and white. 3. Pages will more or less be the same, i.e. with images and text in the similar format to the one shown on [login to view URL] but without the links on the right hand side. The only pages which will look and function differently will be Portfolio, Contact and Get A Quote pages. 4. There will be five main categories (buttons) at the top. Each of these will have subcategories which will be listed in the Navigation bar on the left hand side. 5. Most importantly, there needs to be a CMS in place so that we can update the website ourselves, add new pages, change the content, add new items in the Portfolio section, change the image and text in the header at the top, etc. You may use any CMS to create this but would prefer if it was done in Plone. 6. The site must be Search Engine Friendly with keywords and metatags integrated in the website. Images and text will be provided. YOU MUST BE EXPERT CODER/DESIGNERS WITH SIMILAR EXAMPLES TO SHOW, PLEASE NO TIMEWASTERS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc.
