CAD Building Model & Fly Through

We need a 3D model designed for a building project we are looking at doing for a community centre in our neighbourhood. The design would need to include a 'fly-through' of the proposed buildings. Photos of the area as it exists, a floor plan and ideas about what kind of things we would like to see in the rooms and outside are available at: [[login to view URL]][1] The final format could be a quicktime-type movie. ## Deliverables 1) Complete 2-3 minute animation movie based on specifications required. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
