Build website w/ shopping cart

I need a site built for selling personalized candy bars. It will need a shopping cart and some graphics design work. I want a clone of www.wrappedhersheys.com. I want the same layout and cart design they use but I want a different graphic design. *I want an elegant look and my logo ([login to view URL]) incorporated. *I want to be able to add and delete products and categories in the admin/cpanel. *I need to be able to define and edit all product options (as used on the clone site) in the admin area as well. *I need a shopping cart that is user friendly on the backend and has multiple options for figuring shipping cost, adding sales tax, etc. *I'll be using Paypal as my payment processor, so the shopping cart will need to be integrated with Paypal. I also want an option to allow customers to choose to mail a check or money order. *I would prefer the use of an already developed shopping cart product as opposed to one being custom built. Site will need to be installed on my webhost Payment will be made after completion of job (or can be escrowed).I have attached a word document that outlines some of the specifics I need incorporated into my site, a lot of it is repetitive but I didn’t know how specific I needed to be. I want a graphic designed homepage (incorporating my logo). Possibly a collage of different occasion pictures. I will be open to any ideas, but I want something clean and nice. I want it to look professional. My logo can be seen at [login to view URL] * If possible, I would like the body area of the homepage to be easily changeable (but I don’t want it to appear detached or separate) so I can change it for an upcoming holiday or event. I can create whatever content I want to go in the body in Dream Weaver, FrontPage, and/or Photoshop, I just want to be able to easily integrate it into the homepage. Maybe have the body setup with an embedded html file. Then I could just create and upload a new html whenever I want to change the body. I’m open to other ways of doing this. I can create multiple sets of images for each design (thumbnail, regular, large) if needed. I would like to be able to upload these from the add product section of the admin area. * I want the catalog pages to look basically the same as wrappedhersheys but the only button/link I want with the thumbs is the more info/buy button * When someone clicks a thumbnail, again, I want basically the same page as wrappedhersheys to appear. The page will contain the regular size image of the candy bar with links below to view a larger image and the back (pics would have been added through the admin area). Also, I would like to easily have the option to display or not display the link to view the design for miniatures (if available) and have that link associated with the proper picture * I want the customer to then be able to select with size bar just like the clone site. I want to be able to edit (add/delete) the available sizes and prices in admin area * Next page I want the same as well, the user can select the back they like. I also like the placement of the thumb of the front design on the right side * Next is the customization page. I want the same layout; regular size images of the front and back with the personalization data outlined (I will create a separate set of images containing the outlines), with fields beneath for the customer to input their personalization data. I would like to be able to define the text input boxes in the admin area.
