Bluetooth - Simple PC to Phone Test App

Write 2 apps to run on an xp pc and a nokia 6300. They provide a simple bluetooth link. The pc prog will send a message of 128 bytes to the phone every 1 or 2 seconds. The message will be "hello %d" plus x spaces where %d is an integer 0..999. The phone app will display the first 20 characters on the screen whenever it receives the message. The use can press 0-9 on the phone and it will send a 10 byte message back to the PC (00..99 followed by 8 spaces). The pc prog will display the message on the pc screen. So on my phone I will see a screen that changes every second going "hello 1" "hello 2" etc If I press 5 on the phone the pc says "Received 5" on a log window. I will use this to test range and then it can be developed into a bigger app displaying more useful data as a second phase. If you need a better/later phone handset let me know when you bid. I am hoping that this will be a very quick and simple project based on off-the-shelf demos. I will want to be able to modify and re-build both end s of the demo so let me know what build environments you are proposing.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Pc app To run on windows XP - I have a Belkin F8T001 bluetooth dongle to test with but can get another if you prefer Preferred languages: delphi7, borland cppb, VB6 but you may suggest vb.net, c# or java if you really want to! Phone app To run on nokia 6300 or another suggested handset
