Create a NEW Poker Site. Table functions be able to see the current and previous hand numbers need to be able to sit down at a table, sit out for a few hands, get more money, see chat messages, server messages, or all messages auto play option that allows you to check/call/raise/fold when your term occurs Need to be able to support Real Money and Play money accounts. Need to have real money and play money tables with a rake. Need to be able to support 2 ??" 10 players at a table. Need to be able to support real money tournaments allowing the players to sign up for the tournament a configurable amount of time before the tournament starts. Be able to support a mini table tournament or what is called a sit and go tournament. The tournament matches will not have a rake ??" you get charged a fee for entering the tournament and the fee for the prize money. Support the following games. - Texas Hold’em Limit and No limit play - 5 card draw - 7 card stud - Omaha - Omaha Hi/Low Live support capability Provide player account information, deposit functionality, withdrawal functionality, their financial transactions, hand history Backend functions - Tournament functions - complete capability for setting up tournaments with the prize fee and entrance fee - setting up the maximum number of players - setting up tournament start time and sign up start time - Account functionality - Auditing functionality - Reporting functionality - Support 10 Gateways ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows NT, 95, 98, XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape"
