Banner Exchange Script

I need to have a PHP Banner Exchange Script created. I have built most of the web pages that I would like the php script incorporated into. I have found a free script at: [login to view URL] I like this script, but I need more functionality incorporated. This project will require communication between myself and the programmer so we may get the script working exactly as needed. Please feel free to ask me any questions!
