I need a form with three autoresponders.? My website form will have various fields including the customers name and the date they are going to use our service.
Autoresponder #1, STANDARD AUTORESPONDER
The first autoresponder is a standard autoresponder.? An email is sent to the person submitting? the form.? This autoresponder needs to be sent immediately after the form is submitted.? This autoresponder basically says, "We have received your reservation.? Thank you."
Autoresponder #2,? APPOINTMENT REMINDER AUTORESPONDER
The second autoresponder is a reminder email.? This autoresponder needs to be sent two days before the customer uses our service.? This autoresponder basically says, "Just a reminder that? you have booked our service for the day after tomorrow."? To send this email two days before the client uses our service the? software needs recognize the date field in the website form.
Autoresponder #3, FOLLOW-UP AUTORESPONDER
This third autoresponder is a follow-up autoresponder.? This autoresponder needs to be sent the day after the customer uses our service.? This autoresponder basically says, "We hope that you enjoyed our service.? If you have any suggestions please send them to us. To send this email one? day? after the client uses our service the? software needs recognize the date field in the website? form.
In addition to the three? autoresponders the original form results also need to be? emailed to me (the company owner).? I just need the form information the first time the customer fills out the form.
I don't need a database/mailing list.? In other words I don't need to save the customer names and their email addresses.
## Deliverables
I currently have a website form with? one autoresponder.? ? I don't need any changes to the design of the form.? I just need the three autoresponders.? You can see the website form at:? ?
I created the website using Frontpage 2003.? ? The website? form sends one? autoresponder to the customer who submitted the form.? In addition the form? emails the form results to me.? Frontpage? doesn't offer the functionality to send an email to the person who submitted the? form.? To achieve this? I pay a company called [[login to view URL]][1]? to process the form.? I would like to stop using [[login to view URL]][1] and generate the three autoresponders myself through my website (hosted on [[login to view URL]][2]).
