Authorizenet Account Set-up

I have a merchant account and everything is already to go, except I need someone to just implement the authorizenet settings so I have a simple form for customers to click and pay with, also recurring payment option is available and I need you to configure. I simple example of what I would want it to look like is at this location: [login to view URL] I accept V/M/Amex/Disc and just want the form to ask for CC/EXP/and the security code aka /csc/cvv2. Some services I will be offering are monthly subscription, so another form just like my example can be used, but may also allow the user to enter a pass/username and it would obviously then bill accordingly, maybe offer a first month free if we can configure it this way. This is a no-frills job really, I don't need a shopping cart or anything fancy, just connect the dots so to speak so that damn confusing authorizenet directions can come to life for me. If you have no experience with authorizenet then look at their website and read the directions. They make it seem like anyone can do this, if your a programmer it should be a cake-walk. If you have experience with authorizenet then this should be a joke. But I need someone to help me ASAP. Price is flexible, but I am not looking for anything fancy at all.
