Affiliate Program Added To My Site

I am looking to add an affiliate program to my current website. The site is currently written in PHP with a MySQL database. It is a membership site with three levels of membership available, each at a different price. The payments are handled through paypal, and that needs to stay the same. I would like to add to my current site the following: 1) A way for new affiliates to sign up with the site. 2) New affiliates should receive an automatic email sent to them when they sign up, that contains their referral URL to promote. 3) Affiliates will need to be able to log in to their current account to check their earnings, number of referrals, number of clickthroughs by their referral link, etc. 4) Admin section of the site to allow me to view all current affilliates, how much I owe each of them, how long they have been affiliates, how many referrals they have made, number of clicks, etc. It also needs to be worked in to the current system somehow. The website URL is [login to view URL] that I want the affiliate section built into. Basically what it does is, whenever a member receives an email from someone, it sends an email back to the sender asking them to verify themselves. It includes a link back to the site to do this. When they verify they are not a spammer, it lets all future emails from the sender to go through automatically. I would need to be able to have the affiliate link built in to this response email as well. Feel free to ask any questions.
