Add module to fresh osCommerce installation

I have just done a fresh installation of osCommerce 2.2rc1. I have only made one modification: I've installed the Google Checkout module. I would like you to install the "Purchase Without Account" module and all necessary fixes. Please note that to get this module working on my server, you will also need to install the "Register Globals v1.5" fix, and apply Bug Fixes v2 to the Register Globals v1.5 fix itself. Get files here: Purchase Without Account: [url removed, login to view],355 Register Globals Fix: [url removed, login to view],2097 Make sure to use 5 Sep 2006 version with Bug Fixes v2 from 9 Oct 2006. The register Globals installation requires that a sql query is run on the osCommerce database - I have already completed this step. I will consider this project successfully completed when Purchase Without Account is working properly on the osCommerce installation on my server, and the Google Checkout functionality has been preserved.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
