ARM7 Basic Stamp

I am looking for some to design a small PCB like a Basic Stamp except using an Arm7 processor. The PCB should include a voltage regulator and possibly a USB connection. Update Added 3/22/06 --------------------- I like the Philips LPC2148FBD64-S 512k flash/40k ram with USB but am open to suggestions. It would be nice if the I/O pins were 5 volt tolerant. CAD files for surface mount PCB. Eagle is fine. Full bill of materials with part numbers Size of either a 28 or 40 pin .06 inch IC with header pins facing down like an IC (like a Basic Stamp) 2 prototypes (Please include price of prototypes in your bid) Prototypes can be breadboarded. Surface mount prototypes would good also. We can arrage when and how prototypes are shipped. I will pay all shipping charges. Small USB connector included on PCB. Device should be able to be powered by the USB cable. I want to be able to program the device using the USB connector or JTAG cable. Open to other suggestions. Once I have programmed the device with my firmware (a basic interpreter), I want to be able to use the USB port as a serial port to talk back and forth with a PC. Thanks.
