I need some Delphi code to run whenever a CD is inserted into the CD-ROM drive. I need it to override the built in Windows API (so it doesn't autoplay) but this is only required when my software is running.
Let me explain:
I have an application that I designed that catalogues your CD collection. It reads the TOC from the CD, and downloads the info from the CDDB, and inserts it to a database. Instead of pressing a button to read the TOC, I want it to happen automatically when the CD is inserted, but I do not want the CD to automatically start playing in Windows Media Player.
This code should not be hard to write, I'm just too lazy to do the research. So I'll pay someone $10 for an hour of their time.
This is not commercial software, simply for home use, hence the payment is low.
## Deliverables
1) Functional and tested Delphi Code
## Platform
Delphi 7.0 Enterprise. (Any version of Delphi should work, I will be recompiling anyways)
