I have a word document currently and I would like to have a database set up, with a PDF document printed at the end.
I need to be able to EDIT the form so that I can add a new field..
This was advertised once before and the person doing it could not make it so i could edit the form page..
This is for a charity volunteer website, and basically the user goes to the website, clicks on register and gets the form page.
they fill out the info and that gets put in to a database. then it also creates a PDF file that can be printed to replicate the word document.
There will need to be a small admin section that will show the user info and make it so the pdf can be downloaded.
the pdf will also need to be emailed, but the email address needs to be editable, so in future i can change this.
As this is voluntary, bids should be 0 - $30 and will paid via GAF escrow service.
We will like to discuss the project (content writing/press releases) and data conversion in PDF. We are a firm in BPO and have undertaken the same kind of projects in the past and hence are confident of delivering the projects as per the set standards. We can dedicate a team of 5-8 writers for the project.
Words are enough to be used. I need an chance to justify.
