CubeCart v4.xxx and Paypal Payment Gateway Issue

We have a website using cubecart v4 to sell digital products. But whenever customer pays me via Paypal, there is shipping address added automatically in my paypal transaction. It is risky for our business since we are selling digital product and we dont hae Tracking number when customer raise dispute/charge back with us. We want to find someone who can help us to fix it or find any solutions to it.
