Blog/Newsletter Content - Commercial Investment(repost)

This Bid Request is for text-only articles to be placed in a web log called [[url removed, login to view]][1]. The purpose of the blog is to provide valuable content to prospects and clients of a full service mortgage brokerage in California. Each week, the postings will be converted into a newsletter and emailed to subscribers. The intent is to drive web traffic to the blog and to the company's main site, where e-mail addresses are captured for further marketing.

The initial series of articles will be on Real Estate Investment in Commercial Real Estate (Buildings). Here are some guidelines for your articles:

A series of articles (approximately 40) oriented towards the more sphisticated real estate investor or developer. Topics should include how to select a neighborhood for investment; how to focus on a type of property (retail, office, land, etc.); how to work with the city in which the property is located; how to assemble of team of realtors, attorneys, financing sources, and third party providers (appraisers, surveyors, inspectors, etc.); how to buy the properties (including financing alternatives); how to manage the properties; how to maintain them; and how to sell them ... including some information on 1031 Exchanges.

A topic can span a series of articles (see below for a definition of "article") and would be presented as a "series" on the blog. I will own the copyright to the work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

An "article" is a MS Word Document, 8.5" x 11" page size, single spaced, using Times New Roman 11 point type.
