Coldfusion Form Processor

I require immediate assistance with a Coldfusion form processing script which receives post information from requests and persists it to disk in simple XML format. The XML schema will be entries with individual entry records. Form data will consist of text fields, text areas, radio buttons and check boxes. No file data will be uploaded. I would like the form data persisted as received in the request so that future additions will not require adjustment of the back end.
It would be preferred is the provided solution could have the following options:
- option to save all data to a single XML file, or a uniquely named file for each record. This can be controlled via a variable in the script.
- option to enable debug output to a log file. Again controlled via a variable in the script.
Just to clarify, I have clients submitting form data already, I just require the server side component.
I would like to proceed quickly and require a solution in the next few hours.
