Codeigniter + Bootstrap Web Developer Needed

The website consists of these main features: - Events Calendar - Member Registration - Featured Member of the month - Connections Network: A place to see all members of the community and connect with them - Virtual Labs: A place where members post their business ideas and the required team skills for it to be made. Any member will be able to join a team, and once the team skills are met, the project is taken to execution, and a progress bar shows the percentage completed. - Students Program: a place where students join the program and they can follow up on their status in the program - Advanced blog that shows: articles, document resources, events (those of the calendar)..etc The design of the website will be provided in PSD format.
