Building Directory, using CakePHP

I am developing an online directory, using CakePHP 1.3,(actually i joined in the middle of the project. now i am alone :( ). There are models called 1 building, 2 people, 3 users, 4 groups, 5 departments. each model have functionality "Edit","Delete","ADD". my ADD and EDIT functionality are not working in either of the models except USERS model. and these models are relationally linked together . The only thing i need is Make my ADD and DELETE to work for all the models. please help me in this i am struggling a lot. please contact me as soon as possible and surely you will be rewarded for your work as soon as it works. i am attaching my project with folder name Final. which has 2 files in it the actual CakePHP code named "WayFinder" and another file containes Sql of all the models Named "sal_files"
