develop bluetooth aplication to work with publibooking wesite (phpLinkdirectory)

Hi. I want a Bluetooth application that can make promotion tickets. It must be integrate in PHPLinkdirectory. system. The website is [login to view URL] in this website you will star by choosing a geographic location on map, then you chose a category and then a client. ([login to view URL]) This application must create a button in the client webpage that wen pressed will send the ticket trough bluetooth if the computer is prepared. Each client as a log in to be able to set the information on is page, so the text of the Bluetooth ticket as to be configurable by each client in is Client admin area . Let explain is it for. as you know by now my clients are showed at [login to view URL] I have a couple of computers inside of a " Infopoint" and this computers are equipped with Bluetooth's. What i want is -------------------------User----------------------------------------- wen a user goes to one of my clients at webpage [login to view URL] he will find a button called "Discount voucher" next no call now. After the button is pressed the user must see a message in the computer screen "saying please turn on your phone Bluetooth" and status of the transfer. This box must not allow any interaction from but "Abort"" or "next" and "ok". ---------------------My clients admin profile------------------------ They will have a area in their admin to Create /Delete Or modify voucher. ([login to view URL]) It must accept jpg, text (with tex options) My client must be able to create as many voucher as he wish ( thats why i want the next in the user area he must be able to see how many times the voucher as been sent.
