adding CAPTCHA to many forms in my web site

Hi there, I have a web site that have many forms connected to mysql database to send information there to protected it from spammer I need to add image verification in all forms in my web site also, In my control panel of that script I have table that shows pending orders that require the admin to approve it before it goes to appear in web site; I need to add check all option button and allow to delete all pending requests
