Creating a language switching mechanism in Squarespace site (1911767)

We are designing a website for our company using Squarespace as a CMS. We are planning to publish content in 3 languages: English, Spanish, and French. What we want is for the website to be able to detect the users location and/or language settings and adjust its content accordingly, for example a user from France should see the French version of the site, a user who has his computer set to Spanish should see the Spanish language content, and anyone else should get the English site by default. Additionally, we would like some sort of language bar in the site footer which would display links to the English, Spanish, and French versions of the site. The ideal candidate has experience in CSS, HTML, Squarespace, and web design as well as excellent English communication skills and be available for communication via Skype.
