Create Install Simple Community for Wordpress

Hi there. I have a simple wordpress membership site. I use OptimizePress and DAP member plugin. I'm looking for someone to add a "community" component. It's very simple - nothing too heavy and slow loading. This is for "questions" and "connecting" with others. I see the community being two things: First - people can fill out their profile and add their pictures etc.. Second - the comments are nicely formatted so it looks like a community.. I don't think using the Facebook comments is a good idea.. Third - the "question" and answer page is like a forum but without all the different rooms that noone ever uses.. SO if you have ideas and can get the job done without it messing up the site, please bid. Thanks!
