I need a php, css, javascript expert who has experience and knowledge in both softwares: TOM, [login to view URL] website and HasOffers affiliate network software and know how to integrate the two. You need to know how to customize form fields and inputs of the form builder in the offer machine platform, stylize the form with css, and be able to integrate it with our HasOffers platform, using whatever API docs they have. Programmer must also have experience in landing page design and php coding and javascript for html5 based websites. You need to be able to take our pre-existing landing page design and integrate the form into it, and make sure specific information is then passed into our hasoffers api on submit. We need done asap. Thanks.
