Custom Programming for Joomla or WordPress Website

Converting current website coded in CQS to php Joomla or WordPress site. Need a custom Joomla or wordpress program. First, I need a program (similiar to shopping cart that shows category, manufacutrer products, and detail of product without all the ecommerce functions) 1. Manufacturer page that pulls Manufacturer data from database (include dealer name, logo) 2. When user clicks on Manufacturer logo/ name then they go to products page This will include description of dealer, dealer website, all the products (includes product name, product image thumbnail, short descrition) from that dealer. 3. When user clicks on product they they will go to detailed information about that product including Manufacturer name and logo, product name and logo, product detail description The second part of this is a dealer locater (dynamic link on manufacturer page to locate dealer using manufacuter id): to search by map, name, city, state or zip. Send me a personal message breaking up the cost of the manufacturer/product part and the "locate a dealer" part. We already have a current database although it may need some changes/updates. We need an admin panel that we can enter manufacturer and product data and ability to edit it and delete it. Let me know if you have specific questions that will help you give an accurate bid.
