Hello, If the Input captcha of the captcha decoder application is the same format/type as the atteched images, then I can abel to write a captcha decoder. If we are talking about complex (general type) captchas (like reCAPTCHA) then I cannot help you. During the Uni I wrote a general pattern recognizer in Java (using neural networks). Then I speciliezed my recognizer to recognize (decode) poker cards form pokerstars. So I'am able to write the character/number recognizer for the characters/numbers on the attached captcha. The segmentation (identify individual characters/numbers) are easy in this case. If you choose me, I can also give you the full source code (clear code, Java) and create a detailed documentation.
