I need someone to code a .torrent creator for windows, also working on 64bit windows servers. It needs to be able to create .torrents via the command line(dos), no GUI interface.
Anyone who thinks they can do this is welcome to try but i need this fast. It needs to be easy to use as well.
just to refresh it needs to be on windows and NOT Linux.
