I need a gnutella client with some unique features. Here are the requirements: Standard Features 1. Must be compatible/able to connect with all popular gnutella clients including Limewire, Bearshare, etc. 2. Must allow configuration of number of simultaneous connections. 3. Must allow limiting bandwidth when performing uploads and also be able to turn uploads on or off. 4. Must be able to differentiate filetypes, so if I ask it to only download .mp3 files, then that is all it will download. Special Features 1. I want to be able to load a database of files I want to retrieve. Database can be in any format, but I prefer CSV format. So if I feed it a file like this: "madonna, michael jackson, eminem" and set the filetype mask to *.mp3, it will download every file it can find that contains the substrings of these database entries. There should be some mechanism for continuous scanning of uploads. So if I leave the client up 24 hours a day, it will continue to search and download new files as specified by the database. 2. I want the program to have a "leech" option. So if it detects a fast download speed on a file, I want the client to query the host of that file and try to retrieve more similar files that match the file mask. For example: if "[login to view URL]" downloads OK and is retrieved at > 20K/sec then the program should attempt to download more *.mp3 files from this host. 3. The program should output a simple report that lists every successful download with a timestamp. No fancy GUI is required. It just needs to be functional and have simple configuration options. It should also have some sort of realtime display that shows what each download thread is doing. There are a lot of open source gnutella routines on the net which may help you. [login to view URL] is a good one in Java. Coder's who have prior experience with gnutella clients, specifically, will get preference. This is the second time I posted this job, the first person flaked. Please, be only serious, fast coders bid on this.
