complete my incomplete console c++ socket-based client app

I have an existing personal project that due to my workload I just don't have the time to complete. I require someone with intimate knowledge of winsock communications in c++ to complete it. Some code and detailed requirements will be provided. Current code compiles just fine but does not have all of the features I want in the finished product. This is a non-profit project and will eventually be released open-source at my discretion. Your code may be modified to further suit my needs, though credit will be given. This is a console application for the win32 environment and as such no graphics or gui experiance is needed. Further details and existing source will be provided upon bid acceptance. ## Deliverables should not require an installer to be written, but if for some inexplicable reason registry entries need to be made(extremely unlikely), or dependancies need to be included, i require that I be informed of what they are, the path they need to be in, and given a copy of the dependancies so that I can write the installer myself.
