clone of a competitor site with a different design

Hello, I just joined your service and looking forward to establish a longterm relationship. I'm in an entertainment business looking to expand the scope of my work toward entertainment websites. Please look at the competitors site: <[login to view URL]> as a reference. Functionality in action speaks more than words, but I'm going to describe everything as close as possible. First of all, the design is ok, but not as eye-catchy as it could be. I'm looking for something that would make people say: "wow, what a great looking site". As you can see 90% of the screen is gray. The following features are needed: - a list of games - page with hiscores - contact - support section with all the usual - coupons / discounts / special offers for game purchases - forum - different types of games: PC, Mac, Linux, Flash. (not present on that site) - different categories and subcategories of games (not present on that site) All of these must match the functionality on that site and be even better. But, for now, I need you to tell me how much time for each feature. Please provide sample design that has all the menu options matching the menu options on that website including the forum. For game protection, it should be either serial or whichever you think is more appropriate. I do need functionality on that site matched, but the solution is not that important. Obviously, there should be a backend admin area to manage everything. For payment processing, either PayPal or 2Checkout, it doesn't really matter as long as its automated. The client must be able to activate the game after payment. I can write about this on and on, but as I don't know how things should be done, I need you to provide your estimate of time and cost per features for me to pick features I want / need done at this stage. Please be as detailed as possible. I'm not interested in getting offers with links to your previous work, its not helping me going through hundreds of line of links. The design is the least important, I'm more interested in the functionality (the hard part) and the design should be for a gaming site, colorful, cheerful and powerful, to make visitors happy, eager to spend money buying cool games. Obviously, I don't have a clue how it was done, but I'm sure you can figure it out by looking at those games. I need the price for this as well. I'm not sure about the backend, but I do need to manage all of that, so obviously an admin area of some sort. Preferably, you will provide me with a list of time / cost estimates for each features present on the website. If you identify something I missed, please include description and the price. I'm not really sure what needs to be done and did my best to provide a list of everything.
