I'm not really sure how much this would cost at all, or how hard it is to write an IE toolbar. I'm a web developer and programmer, and I basically need a very simple IE toolbar to integrate with my website, [login to view URL], and it's search system. There is to be a simple image on the left side of it that links to the homepage, and also basically just a reproduction of my search form at [login to view URL], on the right navigation under Quick Search. The search interface is negotiable, as I know it will be necessary to move some things around to get it to look good on a toolbar. If the user is browsing an article on my website - say, [login to view URL] - it will need to request a page to receive the article's rating and display it in the toolbar. I'll write a PHP script for outputing an articles rating, and the toolbar will just need to request a page like [login to view URL], which will output a number like 3.5. Then the toolbar will display 3 stars, and one half star. The 3.5 stars will need to be clickable, and will take the user to another page I'll write where the user can rate the article. Must be packaged with an installer/uninstaller. I know there are tools and wizards out there that allow quick creation of of IE toolbars, but these cannot be used. I'll need full source to the program. Please describe your programming experience with your bid, and tell me if you've developed similar projects. Must be a friendly programmer who speaks good English. And as always, I'm on a tight budget, so I'm likely to choose one of the lowest bids!
