C++ Tutor Over Instant Messenger

I am starting a new C++ project, and it has been a few years since I've used C++. I have been wasting lots of time figuring out simple things, and I'd to like pay an experienced C++ programmer to answer questions over instant messenger when I run into problems. Ideally you would be: 1. Available during EST time workhours during the week. I often work late at night as well so if you work long hours too that would be a plus. Please include your typical available hours in your response. 2. Be familiar with Visual Studio 2005, since that's the IDE I'm using. 3. Someone who not only knows alot about C++, but also enjoys helping others. How it would work: 1. We will agree on an hourly rate that you will propose as part of your bid. I would think somewhere between $15 and $30 would be reasonable, but you can bid whatever you want. 2. Any time I ask a question over AIM, one or both of us will keep track of the time you spend answering it. 3. I will purchase some initial block of your time (somewhere between $100 and $250 worth to start) that you will propose in your bid. I will release the funds to you at $50 increments as time accrues, according to your hourly rate. 4. I must use all hours within a 3 week period. If I do not, I will release all remaining funds to you. Your expected availability: I obviously do not expect you to be available to me every second of the available hours you tell me. Sometimes you may be too busy with your own work. As long as I can talk to you at least a few times a day I think that will be fine, but obviously the more you are available the better.
