Run an MFC application inside IE

I have a working MFC/C++ application that needs to work inside Internet Explorer (filling the entire page). I have waded through MSDN endlessly and have it working in general but have numerous problems that I cannot resolve. I'm looking for a consultant WHO HAS DONE THIS BEFORE IN A REAL WORLD PROJECT.
