RSS Feed Reader within FireFox and Internet Explorer(repost)

G'day Coders, I don't know if it is possible or the exact details but I want a serious GUI RSS FeedReader within the 2 top browsers Firefox and Internet Explorer. Here are the details. I want to add in a special GUI plugin to FF and IE where a person can add a RSS feed within their browser. A new menu will be created after the (File, Edit, View, ..... Help) menus called "RSS Feeds" Every time a new feed is added (includes submenus etc) it adds the feed to this list. It also will have an "Option" menu at the bottom to change options such as notification and display etc. How the Feeds will actually be displayed will be very similar to feed reader with a split screen with the list of feeds on the top and the preview of the post at the bottom of the screen. Adding a feed will be easy with right click "Add Feed" options or similar. I would like a special notification service with options including the following. 1. Flashing "RSS Feed" option 2. Flashing button within the navigation bar 3. MSN like notification etc with preview. All these can be turned on and off. I require an experienced coder who is availiable immediately and will work full time on this project as I need it as soon as possible. I also need a coder who is experienced in this kind of development and will add essential function to RSS Reader which I have neglected to include. Thank you for your bid.
