Program execution restriction

I would like you to develop a software that controls what programs can be run on a computer. Basically the program will have a list of programs along with the time period that it can be run. If you launch any program from the start menu, "Run... window", etc it would first check if the program is in the list. If it not in the list it will terminate the application otherwise the program will run as long as the alloted time period valid. Please see the attachment for additional details. If you have any questions or need further clarification please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Basically these are the changes - Win 98/ME will not be supported. The program need to run on Win2000 and WinXP. - The program will require a NT driver and NT service.
