I require a piece of software that will produce a CSV file that can be used to import my current items in stock into ebay Turbolister. I have attatched a Turbolister CSV file so you can see what it looks like
All my auctions are written in HTML but work from one template. For example my product title is specified in my HTML as [Title] and my current software replaces this when uploading to ebay. I wish this software to do the same for each item it adds to the CSV file.
The software is to list only ONE of each item even though I may have more in stock
I need the software to check an item is in stock or can be ordered then write that auction to the CSV file if it is available.
With clothing it works slightly differently as alot of clothing may fit 2 sizes for example a 10 and a 12, if I have more than one item in stock I currently list these as a 10 and a 12, if I only have one then I list it as a 10/12.
The software is to recognise this fact and add the size to the auction title.
Also as I list on different ebay sites the software would need to be able to convert the size to US & European as my database is in UK sizes. It would also need to convert the starting bid price.
Obviously there will need to be a page where I can set my global auction options for example the ebay site, the exchange rate to the £ so the software will know what the starting bid price will be, and also other options such as the paypal account that buyers are to pay, whether I wish a thumbnail photo and what countries I wish to post to.
One problem with ebay is that they generally change their categories on a regular basis so rather than have to change each category ID in every auction I will require a page in which I can set my own categories. For example If I had a pair of shoes size 6 I might use UKSHOES6 as the category I specify on the record card which is equal to the UK ebay category 1234 or the US ebay category 5678 etc.
