Source code for C++ project. Need source code for an application that will do the following. Simple console application in Microsoft visual C++ 6.0 Get order input from user using while and case statements. 1) The user enters the amount (Quantity of the item) i.e. (Number format) Next the user has to choose what country the order is for. 2) Get a country code from the user (USA, CAN or MEX) If the user entered anything other then USA, CAN or MEX the application should tell the user they have entered an invalid country) 3) Calculate the rate If the user chooses USA the rate is $0.05 If the user chose CAN the rate is $0.09 If the user chose MEX the rate is $0.08 If the user input any other country then there should be an error message telling the user to input a valid country. 4) When the user has entered the Quantity amount and Country code the application should calculate the order and display the results on the screen. Example “Enter item quantity?? User enters “2?? “Choose a country “USA, CAN or MEX??
