Privacy Cleaner/Shredder

**PLEASE DO NOT SEND "GENERIC BIDS"** they will not be read. We would like to have a data security program developed. The software will need to have ability to shred selected data contained in files, folders, directories or drives completely out of existence. If you are capable or have completed software (preferred) for this purpose, then please bid. Software should come with an eye-pleasing and easy to use GUI. Program should use top-of-the-line alogorithm (i.e. DoD 5220.22-M)that would allow for fast process of shredding and complete wipe out of data. Requirements: 1) Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista compatible (98 would be a plus) 2) Explorer like user interface where user can drag and drop files to be deleted. 3) User confirmation of file/folder to be shredded. 4) Explorer integration to context menus. 5) Permanently deletes recycle bin contents, temporary files, document history, plus many more PC tracks 6) Supports Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla Firefox and Opera web browsers 7) Cleans all traces of online Internet activities on your computer including cache, cookies, [login to view URL] and history (supporting IE/Firefox) 8)Permanently deletes recycle bin contents, temporary files, document history, plus many more PC tracks Software should be developed in VS C++ or Borland Delphi. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
