C++/VB.Net/SQL Server Expert Needed for Scheduling Project

This project is for an expert C++/VB.net coder with strong experience in SQL Server 2005. I have a scheduling program called Production Control System "PCS". It is designed to run scheduled and queued tasks on multiple computers, all being control by one. It's central point of contact is a SQL Server 2005 database. The application requires some additional build-out and extensive testing. To test, you will have to have a network with at least 4 computers on it. One computer which houses SQL Server and 3 slave computers. PCS will accept tasks to be run (some need to be run on certain computers, and I others can be run on any computer). Each computer runs an Agent program which checks to see if there are any tasks for it, then runs a task, monitors it, posts status, and posts completion status. This entire process needs to be tested under varying loads, numbers of tasks, types of tasks, computer crashes, reboots, power failures, hard-disk lock ups, etc. This is a production quality system and must fully recover itself in the event of any of these troubles. Attached is the original specifications for the project, a screen-shot of the administration application and the latest development/testing document. This last document includes items which need to be completed in the program. The right coder will identify issues, fix them, complete the project enhancements and recommend/implement improvements. The admin program and agent are in VB.net with portions in C++. I will not provide you with the source code for the project until I have accepted your bid AND you have signed a non-disclosure statement. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
