We need a Music Notation & Editing Software created. It will be very simmilar to Voyetra Maestro Software found at [[login to view URL]][1] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Source code should be annotated! Must have all the features of Maestro except: - Export Picture File - Video Tutorial Must: - Be able to export MIDI files - Be able to import MIDI files - Must have it's own file format & extention for files (.ted) - Must have an intuitive User interface, with a clean sharp look. - Must be able to receive MIDI data from a MIDI Instrument via MIDI cable. - Help menu required. - Name of Program is to be: T.E.D. Music Editor - Must be able to print music. - Any additional features from the Voyetra & Cakewalk product lines will not be refused. - Must come ready to install.
